We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain limited-edition collections may be final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package the items in their original Divine Rose or signature black packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned artistry, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
